革新的なBürkertダイヤフラムバルブ タイプ3323は、食品、飲料、化粧品、医薬品およびバイオ医薬品業界におけるメディアコンタクトの分野において、切り替えまたは遮断用にご利用いただけるソリューションです。ボールネジを備えた電動駆動装置は、電動駆動のために、瞬間的にバルブを1.5〜4.5秒以内という非常に高い調整速度で閉じます。必要に応じて、オプションのエネルギー貯蔵装置を使用して停電が発生した場合に安全位置に移動させることができます。媒体の圧力変動またはサージは、バルブ位置には伝達されません。さらに、プロセス制御、バルブ診断、および予防保守に役立つ機能が利用できます。機械的位置表示に加えて、360°LED照明リングは、位置だけでなく警告およびエラーも表示します。最新のフィールドバスシステムに至るまで、様々な通信タイプをご利用いただけます。実績のあるバルブハウジングとダイヤフラムは、メディアを確実に隔離し、無駄な空間を最小限に抑えた設計で、洗浄も容易です。要求される周囲条件は、IP保護が高く、衝撃や振動に対する耐性があるタイプ3323には問題ではありません。衛生的な設計により、迅速かつ残留物のない外部洗浄が可能です。駆動力は、ダイヤフラム寿命を最大にするために動作条件を正確に調整することが可能です。
